8 Scoops' Colouring Factory

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 8 Scoops' Colouring Factory mobile application ("the App"), operated by Jason Wallace, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
8 Scoops' Colouring Factory allows users to generate printable colouring pages from text descriptions and photographs using AI, save pages to a personal library, and export and print pages as PDF or image files. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue the App with reasonable notice.
You may only create one account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through Google Play. We honour refund requests required by UK consumer law, including the 14-day cooling-off period where applicable. Colouring pages generated using your text prompts are owned by you. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, print, share, and distribute your generated pages for personal and commercial purposes. By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it. The App itself and all branding remain the property of Jason Wallace.
You agree not to use the App to generate illegal, harmful, obscene, or sexually explicit content; upload photos of individuals without their consent; infringe third-party intellectual property rights; circumvent usage limits or payment systems; or violate any applicable law. Repeated violations will result in account suspension or termination.
Colouring pages generated on free accounts include a "Created with 8 Scoops' Colouring Factory" watermark. Paid users receive watermark-free exports. You may not remove watermarks from free-tier exports.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be of any particular quality or accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jason Wallace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. UK consumer statutory rights are not affected.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms or suspected fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
